Robert Lake
Director of Strategic Planning
Robert Lake joined DHPC in April, 2011 as DHPC Technologies' Director of Strategic Planning. In this role, Mr. Lake is responsible for developing the mid-to long range activities of the organization necessary to compete successfully in the DoD market. He is responsible for establishing and cultivating partnerships with industry and government to collaboratively accomplish the strategic objectives of DHPC Technologies, and for charting and leading the execution of the corporate roadmap. He has engineering, program, business development and business management experience, enabling his previously affiliated organizations to develop and become established with US Army C4ISR customers.
Prior to joining DHPC Technologies, Mr. Lake held Vice President and Director level positions with both large and small DoD businesses. He has held positions with recognized organizations to include Booz Allen Hamilton, Syracuse Research Corporation and CACI. His strengths include strategic planning, business development, opportunity capture, proposal development and program management.
Mr. Lake holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, from Rutgers and Monmouth Universities, respectively. He is a board member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), board member and former president of the Industrial Representatives Association, and a member of the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) and Association of Old Crows (AOC).
